Please select your responsible Distribution Network Operator.
Is your distribution system operator not listed?
Unfortunately, unlisted distribution system operators do not (yet) use LEGhub. Please enquire directly with your distribution system operator about their offer for handling local energy communities.
Do you need help?
If you have any questions about filling in this form or about processing local energy communities (LEG), please contact your electricity supplier.
Please select the appropriate legal form.
Please indicate the contact person responsible for LEG and their contact details.
The provided email address does not match. Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in an LEG.
Please provide the correspondence address of the LEG representative.
The correspondence address may differ from the address of your LEG reference centre
The recorded correspondence address of the LEG representative is only used for communication with the LEG representative and may differ from the LEG reference point used to check the network topology requirement.
How would you like to call your LEG?
Please enter the address of the LEG reference point.
LEG Reference Point
When a LEG is formed, a LEG reference point is defined, which serves as a reference for all other participants to determine the network topology. This can either be the address of the LEG founder (if he/she joins the LEG as a participant) or a freely chosen location.
Please select the fitting discount level for your LEG.
30%
Only participants connected to the same transformer station as the previously defined LEG reference point can join the LEG. This limits the catchment area of your LEG and thus the number of potential dividers, but grants you a higher discount.
15%
The circle of potential LEG participants extends to all participants connected to the same substructure as the previously defined LEG reference point. This extends the catchment area of your LEG and thus the number of potential participants, but grants you a lower discount.
Would you like to found a public or private LEG?
Public LEGs
Public LEGs appear in the LEG Finder and are visible to potential participants. Participants who fulfil all the required membership criteria and agree to the LEG conditions defined by you can submit a membership request. Private LEGs do not appear in the LEG Finder and are only accessible to invited participants. Once the LEG training has been completed, you will receive a personalised membership link which you can send to the relevant participants.
Do you agree to the full address of your LEG being displayed in the LEG-Finder? (if not, only the postcode will be displayed).
When should your LEG be open for participants to join?
The starting date can be 3 months from now at the soonest and 12 months from now at the latest.
LEG Cancellation
An LEG accession will be completed indefinitely. It can be cancelled at any time by any party with the notice period defined by you to one month end. If an LEG participant withdraws from the property, the contractual relationship ends automatically.
Please select your role in the LEG.
All measuring points of the same consumption site (economic and local unit with its own annual consumption) must belong to the same LEG.
Please enter your business partner number here.
Are you liable for VAT?
Please add at least one production measuring point.
Measuring Point Number
You will find the metering point number of your feed-in metering point on your electricity bill.
Production Power
You can find the production output of your feed-in measuring point in the documentation for your production system.
This measuring point address can join the LEG.
With the LEG properties defined in step 3 (LEG reference point and desired discount level), this measuring point address cannot join the LEG.
This measuring point address does not exist in our database, please check for typos.
Please add at least one consumption measuring point.
How should billing take place within your LEG?
Billing by energy supply company
Manage your own billing
The distribution system operator shall provide the LEG founder with the corresponding load profile data in SDAT/EBIX format. Billing, invoicing and collection are the responsibility of the LEG representative. Caution: Choosing this option means significant additional work for the LEG representative and should not be used without careful clarification of the implications.
Define the price for the electricity traded within LEG.
Standard Tariff of the Local Energy Supplier
The price for LEG electricity corresponds to the current standard tariff ‘Electricity household / small business’ of the local energy supplier with the same tariff times for high tariff and low tariff.
To the current electricity tariff of your energy supply company
Please specify the price for the LEG electricity. (standard tariff 7/24 hours / excl. VAT)
The price for LEG electricity corresponds to the current standard tariff ‘Electricity household / small business’ of the local energy supplier with the same tariff times for high tariff and low tariff with a custom discount.
Individual Pricing Tariff
The LEG founder agrees an individual price model with the LEG participants. In this case, billing by the distribution system operator is not possible and the LEG founder assumes responsibility for this.
Vergütungssatz
The remuneration rate defined here only relates to the electricity traded within LEG (energy tariff). As before, the grid utilisation tariff with a corresponding discount (15 or 30%) as well as the costs of system services, the costs for the electricity reserve, the grid surcharge and charges and services to the municipality are included in the invoice. Additional electricity requirements that cannot be covered by LEG's own electricity will continue to be purchased from the basic supply or from the responsible energy supplier and invoiced.
